Basicchem.com is a commercial website that promotes the products and services of Basic Chemical Solutions, L.L.C. (BCS), a global distributor and trader of commodity chemicals. By using the Basicchem.com website ("website”) you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use Agreement, as well as this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use. BCS collects user submitted information such as email addresses, phone numbers, etc. BCS also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site. Security. The Basicchem.com website is protected from attack by an external firewall, data encryption and intrusion detection software.

Changes to our Privacy Policy. From time to time, we may make changes to our Privacy Policy. If so, we will post them on our site to make users aware. Users are always bound by latest version of the Privacy Policy posted.
